Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ MBA / MBS / Masters in any subjects of Commerce Faculty (like Banking,
∎ Finance, Accounting and Information Systems etc.) with or without CA part qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing and forecasting requirement of finance and borrowings.
∎ Ensuring borrowing at competitive rate.
∎ Maintain good rapport with loan giving agencies.
∎ Maintaining track record of sanctions and ensuring revision in line with marketconditions.
∎ Acting as the main contact point for banking partners for all national and international payment investigations, queries, and sanctions compliance.
∎ Arranging loan for new projects, BMRE and regular operations/working capital.
∎ Following up of conditions and covenants impose by lenders
∎ Liaison with internal sections to ensure good CIB, payment of loan in due date to avoid classification.
∎ Up to date knowledge on BRPD and related circulars.
∎ Update Treasury Policies and Procedures.
∎ Respond to trade queries and settlement issues by communicating with bank
∎ counterparties and settlements department.
∎ Capable to deal with BB and BIDA.
∎ Capable to help in preparing IM/Project Profile.
∎ Ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations.
∎ Taking propre measures to minimize different financial risks
∎ Documenting transactions and updating ledgers and finance related database.
∎ Implementing financial policies and procedures.
∎ Analysis and execution of foreign exchange trading and money market activity to ensure.
∎ optimal proceeds for programs.
∎ Assisting with the annual audit process and responding to queries.
∎ Assisting the reporting team with quarterly and annual reporting.
∎ Maintain bank accounts with scheduled banks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MBA / MBS / Masters in any subjects of Commerce Faculty (like Banking,
∎ Finance, Accounting and Information Systems etc.) with or without CA part qualification.
