What you will bring
Senior financial management experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
Computer software and modern accounting systems proficiency.
Financial operating context in Bangladesh familiarity.
English fluency, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities & Context:
12-month contract duration.
What you will do
- Line management of staff (performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, induction, development, and duty of care).
- Finance support and supervision.
- Finance training development.
- Training of staff with financial responsibilities.
- Policies, guidance, procedures, donor and auditor requirements, and Bangladesh legal requirements compliance and adherence.
- Financial systems, routines, and procedures implementation.
- Budget control and cashflow monitoring.
- Financial report and analysis provision.
- Anti-corruption policy implementation.
