Additional Requirements:
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

  • Deep understanding of business metrics and cost drivers.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end activities, including revenue recognition, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliation of ledgers to produce accurate financial statements.

  • Supervise AP, AR, and Treasury operations — ensuring proper invoice posting, bank reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.

  • Oversee stock valuation, COGS, and asset management processes, including depreciation, additions, disposals, and reconciliation with the general ledger.

  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports, analyze P&L and Balance Sheet variances, and provide insights to management on key financial trends and performance drivers.

  • Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations, consolidation adjustments, and maintenance of strong internal controls across accounting, payroll, and operational processes.

  • Drive financial planning by preparing budgets, monitoring forecasts, and ensuring effective cost control to support business decisions.

  • Establish strong internal controls, ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and tax laws, and lead periodic audits and process standardization.

  • Enhance profitability through cost monitoring, waste reduction, and process improvements that boost operational efficiency.

  • Manage liquidity by optimizing receivables, payables, and inventory to maintain healthy cash flow and support business continuity.

  • Deliver accurate financial reports, analyze KPIs, and provide insights through variance and scenario analysis for strategic decisions.
