Job Context:
∎ RIC is going to begin a Plastic Waste Recycling in processing microenterprise `Sustainable Enterprise Project (SEP)` in Dhaka district under Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) with funding assistance of World Bank. For substantive implementation of this project the organization is going to recruit some competitive staffs as per following criteria:
∎ Employment Status - Full-time & 2 (two) years on contractual basis
∎ Job Location- Branches of the program location in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all accounting and financial affairs of the project;
∎ Directly accountable and reportable to Director (Program)/Financial Focal Person of the organization.
∎ Mobilize and functional the 4 types of Procurement Committees.
∎ Ensure procurement process within time frame.
∎ Maintain all relevant bill-vouchers from Head Office to Branch Office.
∎ Maintain books of accounts relevant to the SEP-PKSF from HO to Branches.
∎ VAT and Tax calculation as per PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.
∎ Conduct training for the staffs relevant to the project on financial management.
∎ Prepare financial report on time to the respective line management.
∎ Create good working environment with micro-credit staffs of the organization.
∎ Prepare deliverables and submit to relevant persons within time line.
∎ Prepare and revise financial and procurement plan that conducive to effective project implementation.
∎ Ensure financial bookkeeping of all transactions;
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of financial records of income, expenditure, assets & liabilities of the project;
∎ Additional responsibilities assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 3 Years in National and International organization. Experience with PKSF Project Management is an advantage
∎ Desired Professional Qualification
∎ Proven knowledge in Finance & Accounts.
∎ Experience in checking bills, vouchers, Book-keeping, Maintaining different registers
∎ The key purpose of this position is to carry out the duties and responsibilities to ensure effective implementation of accounts & admin related works by maintaining the highest possible level of standards
∎ Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office & Excel Typing (Both English and Bangla).
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
