Responsibilities & Context: - Job advertisement, CV selection, making shortlist, taking interviews, completes the recruitment process with country manager and respective department team leader
- Do orientation, explaining office rules regulation during the employee joining, entry and exit interviews of employees
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain office organogram, employee chart and employee directory
- Maintain nice office work environment, employees’ behaviors, colleagues’ relation.
- Handle the HR issues & challenges as per the rules & regulation, follow up with lawyer
- To do all HR documentation and maintaining HR files regularly
- Monitor the employees’ attendance & absence and record all employees leaves and maintain individual files
- Check & record supporting papers/documents of day-to-day expenditures in petty cash book with supportive document & report to Hong Kong office regularly
- Calculate the necessary Tax & VAT for office expenses after checking with lawyer & arrange the payment
- Calculate & arrange all the necessary payment & expenditure on time for the smooth operation of the office
- Prepare and control the annual budget of Dhaka office and for different projects
- Manage the office budget for all on going services and costs (e.g., rent utilities, supplies, maintenance etc.)
- Prepare the necessary supportive documents and send to bank time-to-time for smooth banking transaction & remittance receive & corresponding with bank
- Maintaining liaison with lawyer and bank, reporting cash / cheque related transactions to Hong Kong office
- Prepare the monthly payroll & yearly eid bonus calculation, get approval & arrange the monthly salary, bonus payment on time
- Prepare representative office statement, documents for audit purpose and statement of the accounts
