Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Mahbub & Company, a top-tier, full-service law firm based in Dhaka is looking for 1 (One) Finance & Admin Executive, to work in its Dhanmondi Chamber. The desired employee shall be primarily responsible included for Finance and administrational support.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Finance & Accounting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Follow-up pending invoices and assist to collect payment accordingly.
- Arrange proper schedules for payment receive and deliverable (if any)
- Ensure to check and proper record upto date in the invoice register and fee receipt.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budget preparation and monitor budget utilization.
- Liaise with banks as required.
- Ensure timely payment utilities, rent, and vendor bills.
- Assist in VAT & TAX calculation and other preparations and submissions.
- Ensure all required documents and reports are ready to review.
Administrative Support:
- Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory; ensure timely procurement and maintenance.
- Office maintenance safety and hygiene standards in the office area.
- Manage company documents, filing systems, and ensure secure data management.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and address administrative issues promptly.
- Assist colleagues with regular tasks if needed.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor or management.
