Job Responsibilities:
∎ •1. Communicate with other NGOs volunteer/ community health workers, educate them about Menstrual Regulation (MR) & Post Abortion Care (PAC) and Family Planning and motivate them to provide this information to the Rohingya Women.
∎ 2. Field Facilitator will provide facility name, provider name and contact number to the other NGOs volunteers/community health workers for referral.
∎ 3. Visit Rohingya women with other NGOs volunteers to observe MR & PAC and FP information are provided by them.
∎ 4. Conduct Interpersonal Communication session with NGOs volunteer and directly with Rohingya women.
∎ 5. Visit pharmacies and motivate them to send MR&PAC clients to the respective facilities under they work.
∎ 6. Provide Flipchart to the other NGOs volunteers and ensure its use while visiting Rohingya women.
∎ 7. Field Facilitator will prepare a monthly work plan and submit it to Administrative Officer BAPSA & Ipas Bangladesh. It is expected Field Officer/ Field Supervisor will visit community according to the plan.
∎ 8. Field Officer/Field Supervisor will write the name, contact and organization name of volunteers/community health workers whom they contacted.
∎ 9. Any other project related activities that might be assigned by the management as when be needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 33000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎
