Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Distribution
Visit pharmacies and medical outlets to sell and distribute products.
Increase the market coverage Supervise deliverymen and coordinate product deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medicines.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy owners and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer issues by working closely with delivery personnel.
Team Coordination
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and effective order fulfillment.
Visit the field with sales representatives to understand challenges and resolve any issues they face.
Reporting & Accountability
Properly document and report sales activities, deliveries, and customer feedback to the management.
Ensure the safety and accountability of stocks at the sales representative’s hand.
