∎ Field Research Supervisor (As Consultant) - 06 Positions based in any area in Dhaka, Sylhet and Rangpur Division for the period of 05 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong management skills, including experience field staff supervision, coordination of field research work.
∎ Monitoring and supervision of Research Assistants and follow-up their activity
∎ Provide support as per requirement to accomplish the research work
∎ Ensure quality of data including back check and accompany check
∎ Capable to take decision through coordinating with Research Advisor and research team
∎ Any other relevant issues to be addressed, as and when required during the project period.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Educational qualification could be relaxed in case of proven relevant experience.
∎ 5 Years Practical experience in quantitative research and Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques of data collection and Interview
∎ Ability to frequently travel to study sites for supervision, monitoring of Research Assistants and ability to work as an effective team player and Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Previous data collection experience using mobile app will be preferred
