Educational Requirements:
∎ Desirable graduate/Equivalent degree
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement field level activities as per plan.
∎ Coordinate and manage field level activities during to AIRP installation under the direct supervision of Project Manager
∎ Organize and facilitate different sessions and training on hygiene promotion for volunteers, LGIs and other local stakeholders
∎ Responsible for conducting community situation analysis and ignition sessions and building capacity of the beneficiary.
∎ Follow-up on field level activities.
∎ Need to assist Microfinance team for collection credit instalment
∎ Assist PM in monthly, quarterly and annual field progress report preparation.
∎ Complete any other task or assignment which will assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields;
∎ Work experience in the area of NGO Sector;
∎ Applicants must have COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate;
∎ Must have knowledge on Microfinance, collection of instalments;
∎ Have to Motorcycle Driving Licences;
∎ Female are encourage to apply.
Salary: Tk. 19647 (Monthly)
