Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and manage field level activities during Site selection to install Safe water supply facilities, Organize and Facilitate hygiene promotion activities with community engagement under the direct supervision of Project Manager;
∎ Strengthen relationships with community leaders, LGI (Municipality level) and other stakeholders, as need for successful implementation of WASH-related activities;
∎ Ensure good hygiene practices for the targeted communities through improved knowledge, changed attitudes and behaviour gained from hygiene sessions including awareness sessions on Water Safety;
∎ Facilitate and organize local level awareness rising session including Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM).
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of Safe Water Options through community mobilization and their effective engagement
∎ Conduct capacity building to Water option's caretaker and management committee members
∎ Conduct baseline assessments focusing on WASH Situation and hygiene practices;
∎ Conduct field visits on a regular basis for monitoring project activities;
∎ Support Project Manager to organize workshops, trainings and meetings
∎ Responsible to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual field progress reports;
∎ Assist Project Manager to prepare progress reports and success stories to share with senior management, donors and govt. Authority
∎ Perform any other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by the line manager and management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields.
∎ Work experience with national or local NGOs.
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed in case of more experienced/expertise candidates in relevant field .
∎ Applicants must have COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
Salary: Tk. 16250 (Monthly)
