Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Agriculture/ Forestry/ Environmental Management or other relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position Field Officer will lead the field team and field activities of the project titled "Watershed for Social-ecological Resilience (W4SR) in Teknaf Peninsula" in Cox's Bazar district.
∎ Lead the process of Water User Groups (WUGs) formation.
∎ Lead the field studies for watershed management planning.
∎ Capacity building of Water User Groups (WUGs).
∎ Promotion of resilient farming practices.
∎ Establishment of stakeholders' platform.
∎ Ensure timely providing of Trainings and arranging of Workshops.
∎ Promote sustainable water use.
∎ Conduct awareness raising campaigns.
∎ Assist PM in all project related activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' relevant experience.
∎ Relevant computer applications knowledge.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time.
∎ Strong inter-personal & communications skills.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle.

Salary:
∎ 50,000 (all inclusive)
