• Develop and sustain constructive relationships with individuals exploring career opportunities and with organisational stakeholders.
• Serve as the main representative at educational and professional events, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Conduct routine visits to academic institutions, student associations, and related groups to build networks and encourage collaboration.
• Contribute to the planning and smooth execution of booths, presentations, and activities during fairs, training sessions, and outreach events.
• Engage with training centres to coordinate efforts, collect insights, and promote organisational programmes.
• Participate in the design, preparation, and delivery of workshops, seminars, and internal or external events.
• Manage event operations, including logistics, participant registration, and attendee interaction.
• Provide support for ongoing operational needs and assist with assigned projects.
• Compile detailed records and reports to track activities, outcomes, and partnerships.
