Job Context:
∎ BOMSA is looking for two Field Facilitators for the project of "Enhanced Safety and Security of Women Migrant Workers (ESSWMW)" supported by Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF). It is a 4 years project which will be implemented in Dhaka (Mirpur and Savar) and Shivpur under Norsindi district to Protect Women Migrant Workers rights, building capacity of CBOs and other leaders for dealing Women workers Rights Issues and Movement, increasing their Leadership and Empowerment etc.
∎ Job Location: One position for Savar upazila under Dhaka district and one position for Shivpur upazila under Norshindi district

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange and conduct awareness raising session, meetings, trainings and events at the community level (Shivpur under Dhaka district and Saver under Dkaka district)
∎ Arrange and conduct need-based training of a different group of beneficiaries
∎ Responsible for capacity development of different groups of the community
∎ Conduct periodic and regular field visit
∎ Prepare and submit monthly/ quarterly work plan of assigned work.
∎ Assist all senior officers to implement project activities
∎ Maintain field office, record and all assets.
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply but given preference to female candidates.
∎ Local candidate of Savar upazila(Dhaka district ) & Shivpur upazila under Norshindi district will given preference

Salary:
∎ BDT 15,000.00 per month

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Two festival bonus equivalents to 50% gross salary for each festival after confirmation
∎ Mobile bill
∎ As per organizational policy and budget provision
