Job Context:
∎ Project: Strengthening Resilience through Child Centered Programming
∎ Project Brief: This project focuses on strengthening the protective order to strengthen resilience and prevent and respond to different threats to the wellbeing of Rohingya children, families and host communities Child Protection, MHPSS, WASH, and self-reliance (FSL) activities. Specifically, activities are aimed at strengthening protective behaviours -self and consumption needs while actively mainstreaming gender and inclusion throughout design, implementation and evaluation. The project is led by Save the Children with the support of Sweden International Development Agency (SIDA) where CNRS is responsible for implementing the project in Ukhiya and Teknaf upazila of Cox`s Bazar district.
∎ Job Location: Ukihya and Teknaf Upazila of Cox`s Bazar District.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years in development sector
∎ Strong ability in working with GoB systems
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ Excellent in resource and people management
∎ Excellent skill on dealing with beneficiaries, local people and elites.
∎ Effective computer literacy
∎ Excellent communications skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work under multi-sect oral / multi-disciplined team approach
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender sensitive perception
∎ Willingness and ability to drive motorcycle in the field as and when required
∎ Added advantage: Communication skills in local language and working experience in Cox's Bazar area
Salary: Tk. 80160 (Monthly)
