Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Education
∎ • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Education or any subject from any reputed university.
∎ • English medium background preferable.
∎ General Requirements
∎ • High level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written) is essential.
∎ • A thorough understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy.
∎ • A commitment to the Islamic ethos of the school.
∎ • At least 2-3 years of experience of teaching in English Medium School.
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Knowledge of Islamic education and values is a plus.
∎ • Ability to engage with students, parents, and staff in a positive and professional manner.
∎ • Comprehensive knowledge of all elementary and primary school subjects.
∎ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for play and nursery students.
∎ • Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
∎ • Develop and implement activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
∎ • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
∎ • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational approach.
∎ • Assess and record student’s progress and provide grades and feedback.
