∎ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from a reputed institution.
∎ Candidates with strong portfolios and relevant experience will be prioritized.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 years of practical experience in women’s fashion design (especially Pakistani patterns).
∎ Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in sketching (manual or digital).
∎ Good understanding of fabrics, printing, embroidery, and garment construction.
∎ Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and trend awareness.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design modern, elegant, and trendy 1-piece and 3-piece women’s outfits following Pakistani fashion trends.
∎ Prepare mood boards, sketches, and detailed tech packs for each design.
∎ Select appropriate fabrics, embroidery styles, color palettes, and embellishments.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to develop sample pieces and ensure quality standards.
∎ Follow market trends and provide input for seasonal collections.
∎ Coordinate with merchandisers, pattern masters, and tailors for smooth sample development.
∎ Conduct regular research on competitors and fashion trends (local & international).
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer (Female preferred) with strong expertise in women’s wear, especially Pakistani style outfits such as 3-piece suits, 1-piece kurtis, and designer lawn/cotton collections.
