Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• Age At least 25 years

• Candidates from reputed fashion institutes will be preferred

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Fashion Designer (Ladies Wear)

• Experience in export-oriented garment industry will be an advantage

• Strong knowledge of ladies wear styling, silhouettes, and fabrics

• Good understanding of international buyers and market trends

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CLO etc.)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Team player with a positive and professional attitude

• Work experience with ZARA, H&M,C&A, Bestseller or any renowned ladies ware global brand will be an advantage

• Develop ladies wear designs (woven / knit as applicable) according to buyer requirements and seasonal trends

• Prepare mood boards, color stories, fabric selection, and design concepts

• Develop sketches, artworks, and design details for sampling

• Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams

• Follow international fashion trends and market research

• Communicate with buyers/design teams regarding design development

• Ensure timely submission of design and sample development

• Work closely with sourcing and technical teams to ensure feasibility
