Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies, Boutique/ Fashion

• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Fashion Designing

• Proven experience as a Ladies Fashion Designer, preferably in a garment manufacturing company.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, better to know CLO).

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, sewing techniques, and garment construction.

• Better skill about garment pattern.

• Excellent sketching and drawing skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.

Job Description:

As a Ladies Fashion Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our women`s clothing collections. You will be responsible for creating unique and trendsetting designs that resonate with our target audience. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of market trends will be essential in ensuring our garments are fashionable and appealing to our customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze current fashion trends to inspire and develop new design concepts.

• Create sketches, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate your vision.

• Collaborate with the product development team to choose fabrics, colors, and trims.

• Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring quality and fit.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitive products, and emerging fashion influences.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished products.

• Participate in fittings and adjustments as needed to maintain design integrity.
