Apparel Manufacturing Process, Art sketch, Fashion Brand, Fashion Designing, Fashion House, Footwear, Pattern
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop initial themes and design plan depending on current trends of Women's and Men's apparel
∎ • Develop design and sample as per design plan and brand perception
∎ • Categorize and forecast the trends before the season starts
∎ • Preparing new collection according to the trends, theme, and seasons
∎ • Create hand-drawn sketches, designs, flat patterns, technical drawings, and other required art / illustrations
∎ • Select textiles and color, graphics/prints, materials, fit, and trims to make popular and best-selling styles
∎ • Research market trends to understand new fabrics, colors, silhouettes, fits, washes
∎ • Should know fabric types and fabric sources related to ethnic wear
∎ • Should know about designing ethnic motifs, graphics, embroidery stitch detail, print variation etc
∎ • Analyze trends in fabrics, fit, colors and shapes
∎ • Producing concepts, developing patterns, overseeing production
∎ • Control overstock and understock of raw materials
∎ • Visit various markets to find the best source of fabrics, accessories and other raw materials.
∎ • Working and discussing designing ideas with merchandising department to get the desired products.
∎ • Flexible to visit outlets/locations (inside and outside of Dhaka) as and when required
∎ • Any other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Must have sense of style, fashion, fabric, color and technical aspects,
∎ Must have strong communication, presentation and analytical skills,
∎ Knowledge of fabric, pattern, product, production, embroideries, dye, and prints,
∎ Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, fashion forecasting, pattern development,
∎ Experience in creative and innovative design and conceptualization,
∎ Must have experience in the field of product development and design,
