Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Context: Dada (Dhaka) Ltd is a Leading Headwear Brand products manufacturing South Korean based 100% export oriented company. The Company is urgently looking for Fashion Designer for all kinds of Headwear. Job Grade for this position on the basis of experience and competency level of the candidate.
∎
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Graduate in Design and Fashion.
∎ Proficient in Illustrator/Photoshop
∎ Work experience in the oven industry (preference for headwear industry)
∎ Create design for Headwear’s of Men and Woman proficiently Identify key trends, colors, fabrics, textures, patterns and select prints etc.
∎ Be able to meet deadlines and work timeline within a budget framework.
∎ Be ahead of trends in fabric, style and choice.
∎ Product unique and attractive concepts, making sketches by hand and on computers.
∎ Developing patterns Overseeing production Analyzing trends in fabrics, colors and shapes.
∎ Selecting and buying fabrics and trims Adapting existing designs for mass production.
∎ Supervising the making up of sample garments and quality control.
