Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context: We are seeking both dedicated and dynamic Academic Coordinators to join our Academic departments of Faculty of Social Science and liberal Arts and Faculty of Computer Science and Digital Innovation . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, developing and implementing student engagement strategies, Coordinate Class and Examination schedules of Faculties from respective departments.
∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
∎ a. Curriculum Development and Review: Develop and update curricula to meet academic standards and institutional goals.
∎ b.Faculty Support and Coordination: Assist faculty with teaching duties, organize professional development, and manage faculty schedules.
∎ c.Student Support and Guidance: Provide academic advising, address concerns, and monitor student progress.
∎ d.Assessment and Evaluation: Oversee assessments, analyze student performance, and maintain grading standards.
∎ e.Administrative Duties: Manage academic records, prepare faculty notesheets, and organize meetings or events.
∎ f.Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and administrators, and communicate academic updates.
∎ g.Accreditation and Compliance: Ensure programs meet accreditation standards and stay informed about compliance requirements.
∎ h.Program Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback.
∎ f.Event and Activity Planning: Organize academic events and extracurricular activities to enhance student learning.
