Educational Requirements:
∎ A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field from any reputed public or private university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Logistics Planning: Collaborate with production teams to determine transportation needs for various projects, including equipment, crew, talent, and supplies. Develop transportation plans to meet project timelines and requirements.
∎ Transportation Coordination: Arrange transportation services, such as rental vehicles, trucks, and cargo shipments, based on project needs. Coordinate with external transportation providers and negotiate contracts and rates.
∎ Scheduling and Routing: Create schedules and itineraries for transportation activities, ensuring efficient routes and timely arrivals. Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
∎ Crew and Talent Transportation: Coordinate transportation for crew members, talent, and other personnel involved in media productions, including arranging pickups, drop-offs, and travel accommodations when necessary.
∎ Equipment Management: Oversee the transportation of media equipment, ensuring its safe and timely delivery to production locations. Maintain an inventory of equipment, track its movement, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
∎ Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, including permits, licenses, and insurance requirements. Implement safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks during transportation operations.
∎ Budget Management: Monitor transportation expenses, track costs, and work within budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable rates with transportation vendors.
∎ Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including production teams, vendors, drivers, and other involved parties. Provide updates on transportation statuses and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in transportation coordination, logistics planning, or a similar role, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with different stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge of transportation regulations, permits, and safety standards.
∎ Familiarity with relevant software and tools for logistics management and scheduling.
∎ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges during transportation operations.
∎ Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel to various locations as required.
