- ফেসবুক পেজ, মেসেঞ্জার ও ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
- কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে দক্ষ হতে হবে
- বাংলা ও ইংরেজি উভয় ভাষায় দ্রুত এবং নির্ভুল টাইপিং করতে হবে
- স্পষ্ট এবং ভদ্রভাবে কথা বলার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে
- ধৈর্যশীল, দায়িত্বশীল এবং কাস্টমার-ফ্রেন্ডলি মনোভাব প্রয়োজন
- পূর্বে ই-কমার্স / অনলাইন সেলস / মডারেটর / কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে
