Responsibilities & Context:
Facebook Page Management, Create Product Post, Reels, Video, Check Inbox Message, Receive Order and Entry.
Our Main Product is Skincare, Haircare Product. Candidate must have interest in the said job. Must have ability to work hard.
Office Time 7 Hours (10am to 5pm) But Should be a mentality of replaying customer message at any time.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer`s complaint.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and Facebook Page messenger.
