• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare management. Experience in an eye hospital will be preferred

• Oversee overall administrative and operational activities of the Eye Hospital

• Ensure smooth coordination among doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff

• Manage daily hospital operations, patient services, and workflow efficiency

• Supervise doctor & staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance evaluation

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare standards, and safety regulations

• Maintain hospital records, reports, and documentation

• Manage hospital cash, bank transactions, and fund utilization

·         Coordinate with the head office/accounts department for financial reporting

·         Ensure proper documentation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and receipts

·         Monitor inventory expenses, procurement costs, and supplier payments

• Handle patient complaints professionally and ensure quality patient care

• Assist management in planning, policy implementation, and hospital development initiatives
