Experience:

• At least 1 year

• Higher Secondary

• At least 1 year

• Age At most 35 years

• At least one year sales experience with up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in eyewear and optical systems.
• Skilled on accurate measurements for eyewear fitting.
• Experience in Spectacle sales and able to achieve sales target.    
• Maximum 35 years’ of age. (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Record keeping and documentation skills.  
• Familiar with operating clinical software and basic computer skills in MS Office application.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Eye Specialist with the policies and guidelines of SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre. 
• Assist the Doctor during procedures, operating, maintaining and sterilizing eye unit, and performing other technical tasks by following the guideline / SOP.
• Maintain stock of the lenses and frames.
• Ensure continuous supplies of all necessary logistic and supplies within the expiry period are available to the service.
• Ensure patient safety by taking all required precautions to prevent spread of infection at the SMC Diagnostic and Consultation Centre.
• Provide efforts to increase client flow of the clinic.
• Keep all necessary documents and records of clients.
• Ensure confidentiality of information at all times.
