Experience in technical service is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding our feed products, including nutritional advice and best practices.
Collect data and make a report on FCR (Feed conversion ratio), Feed intake, body weight, production percentage, mortality, etc.
Conduct regular visits to farms and livestock facilities to assess customer needs and provide on-site technical support.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors` activities to effectively position our products in the market.
