Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealer monitoring, handling, target setting and achieving;
∎ Marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising;
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends;
∎ Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
∎ Monitoring responsible area's dealer and achieving sales target;
∎ To build a strong relation with area's hardware shops for increasing sales;
∎ Gathering market and customer information;
∎ Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues;
∎ Establish and carry out department or organizational goals, policies and procedures;
∎ Consult with other executives, staff and board members about general operations;
∎ Negotiate or approve contacts and agreements;
∎ Analyze financial statements, sales reports and other performance indicators;
∎ Identify places to cut to costs and to improve performance, policies and programs.
∎ Developing corporate sales & planning for Government project Like PWD, LGED, EED, BPBD, HED & RHD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent English and sound Computer proficiency.
∎ Experience in the Steel Production and marketing Industry will be given preference.
