Educational Requirements:
∎ CA (CC) /CMA Partly Qualification with Bachelor or Masters in Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts, Internal Audit, Manufacturing Industry, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax Law, VAT Functions at Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
∎ Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities, review data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures, inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record all transactions.
∎ Ensure examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
∎ Ensure direct activities of personnel engaged in filing, recording, compiling and transmitting financial records and conduct pre-implementation audits to determine if systems and programs under development will work as planned.
∎ Ensure review taxpayer accounts, and conduct audits on-site, by correspondence, or by summoning taxpayer to office and evaluate taxpayer finances to determine tax liability, monthly audit of all statement and record are accurate reliable, checking company AC's and Financial Control systems, deport bill voucher etc.
∎ Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans according to daily, weekly, monthly schedule and perform routine audit work in relevant departments of the company.
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings according to pre-and post-audit.
∎ Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding insurance laws, international financial reporting & auditing standards, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
∎ Conduct regular Market survey for price verification of various spare parts, accessories items, raw materials, packaging materials and thus prepare reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 05 years experienced as an Auditor in any manufacturing company.
∎ Smooth in TALLY Software operation, Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
∎ Well conversant with statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented.
