Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct internal audit activities in light of internal control policies.
∎ Investigates accounts receivable discrepancies by conducting complex analysis of accounting data, documentary evidences and circumstantial evidences.
∎ Develop a thorough understanding of customers, company processes, capabilities and constraints and provide feedback for future policy adjustments.
∎ Resolve aging report line items through matching, adjustments and write offs with proper justifications.
∎ Work closely with accounts and recovery departments and initiate collections on past-due accounts.
∎ Visit customers’ office in a regular basis for receivables reconciliation.
∎ Audit ledgers and verify billing addresses, work orders, invoices, delivery orders, dispatch reports, different dates, signatures etc. to check uniformity of information across interlinked documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Must have technical skills in audit and accounting.
∎ Must have solid oral and written communication skills and leadership quality.
∎ Must be proficient in MS Word & Excel.
∎ Familiarity with accounting software.
∎ Must be able to prioritize workload and plan ahead.
∎ Must be team-oriented, willing to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
∎ Must have strong morality and ethics.
∎ “Start-doing” attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
