Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make high quality contents like website banner, info-graphics, etc. for social media advertisements.
∎ To visualize data in innovative ways and bringing the client's story to life via infographics, and digital experiences; using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc to communicate that story.
∎ To design all organizational logos, banners, billboard and displays.
∎ To make brochures, posters, leaflet, icons, logos and other marketing materials.
∎ To design flyer, booklet, catalog, & others kinds of printing product.
∎ To design vector graphics for internal use and for external projects.
∎ To conduct research on current presentation and design trend.
∎ To come up with innovative and creative ideas for product photo shoots.
∎ To develop online/offline advertisement design.
∎ To maintain brand stand0ards and guidelines by ensuring consistency across all designs.
∎ To ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Shall possess very good command in English & Bengali.
∎ A keen eye for design trends.
∎ Strong knowledge of Industry-standard design tools (G Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office).
∎ Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Should be able to Post on social media, and manage Social Media Quarries like comments, Messages, etc.
∎ Must have work experience in Graphics Designing.
∎ Require good knowledge on lighting equipment & background.
∎ Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning.
