Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all receipts and control over all party ledgers.
∎ Execute reconciliation for the bank and the party should be completed on time, among other things.
∎ Maintain a monthly collection report along with the relevant register and paperwork.
∎ Continue to keep accounting receivable records in ERP software systems up to date and proper.
∎ Prepare monthly sales commissions, quarterly commissions, slab commissions and so forth.
∎ Prepare numerous adjustments such as breakage commission, price, bank guarantee commission, dealer and vehicle accident.
∎ Maintain and preserve all records, and issue various letters such as bank guarantee offer letters, renewal letters, release letters, and encashment letters.
∎ Conducted all dealer security checks properly.
∎ Maintain all dealer credit-related works, such as yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts/registers, cash & bank transaction, received & payment statement.
∎ Ensure monthly report on all sales proceeds, Recovery proceeds, contributions, miscellaneous loans, staff advances.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities
