Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing new business
∎ Ensuring that sales targets are met. Organizing sales visits, Identify and introduce new digital tools and platforms to optimize business goals.
∎ Liaison with existing clients
∎ Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations
∎ Providing pre-sales support to engineering business unit
∎ Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions
∎ Reviewing cost and sales performance
∎ Writing reports and sales literature
∎ Providing product education and advice
∎ Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve maximum impact.
∎ Develop cross-channel (e.g.: email, push, in-app, SEO, display, video, storytelling, potential customer engagement and content marketing) plans to achieve business targets; execute & measure success to report business impact.
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
∎ Build a deep understanding of offshore customer base to identify core customer insights to drive effective audience segmentation, targeting, & communications planning for international market.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
∎ Selling the products and services to the clients of the company and convincing them about their usability and advantages.
∎ Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit the clients. Providing outstanding and special services to the international clients.
∎ Standing in lieu of his/her nation and trying to impress the foreign clients.
∎ Maintaining the interactions with the active foreign clients and identifying new clients as well as new business possibilities.
∎ Planning and strategizing meetings with the prospective clients in order to adjust the products with the changes in their lives.
∎ Converting the meetings with the international clients into suitable sales opportunities and generating revenues from the same.
∎ Conduct internal and external training.
∎ Any other task assign by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years

∎ Experience in IT services sales. Should have experience in Tech Sales and tactics to meet business goals.
∎ Keen to know new technology and dedication for research and development with excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to manage the entire sales cycle from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiate through closing and after sales service
∎ Having experience in B2B sales in the computer software or ITES industry will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Must be fluent in spoken English with excellent writing skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at all levels of potential customer representatives with the ability to present complex data, influence others, and build relationships.
∎ Must be a team player along with the ability to work independently.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate with clients and providing suitable solution to their queries.
∎ Digital marketing knowledge and experience including SEO, social media, Content Marketing, Digital product sales etc.
∎ Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, MS office etc.).
∎ Proven track record of managing sales team successfully.
∎ Multitasking capabilities with active participation in different extracurricular activities.
∎ Ability to work with team members to achieve quarterly and yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Experience in managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques.
