∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To formulate and manage social media content strategy that encompasses the goals of a company and aligns with the company's image.
∎ To provide creative idea for content creation
∎ To create, manage and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook including budgeting, targeting, tracking and developing ad content.
∎ To execute direct media buying on online news portals.
∎ To conceptualize and publish advertisements on printed media.
∎ To keep liaison with marketing vendors.
∎ To conceptualize on-site branding and marketing communication materials.
∎ To plan internal and external events along with Administration dept.
∎ To maintain consistent brand image and brand messaging across all branding and marketing initiatives.
∎ To plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media
∎ To provide reports on marketing performance on a regular and ad-hoc basis
∎ To have strong Knowledge on WordPress, On-Site Optimization, On-Page Optimization and Content, article writing and Google Webmaster Tool & Analytics.
∎ To have solid knowledge on website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
∎ To have experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication & Creativity Skill
∎ Candidate should have strategic planning skill
∎ Adaptability and the ability to work with multiple projects
∎ Have experience to work in relevant field
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel
