Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record all financial transactions after proper classification and necessary checking.
∎ Maintain fund withdrawal from Bank and disbursement.
∎ Prepare various reports on the basis of financial records and transactions.
∎ Maintain company Bank cheque book and cheque book register.
∎ Check and record journal /payment /Received vouchers based on supporting documents.
∎ Reconciliation Ledger balance with Clients/parties
∎ Recognition of Revenue and Expenditure.
∎ Proper recording of fixed assets and Depreciation thereon.
∎ Record Bank charge and commission and other transfer vouchers.
∎ Prepare Bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Prepare and submit work bill to client.
∎ Analyze cost and related revenue.
∎ Prepare necessary statements as and when required.
∎ Prepare and analyze management report.
∎ Prepare monthly performance report.
∎ Make provision for all type of utility bill (Electricity, Gas etc.), monthly salaries & OT and make payment.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.

∎ Must be proficient in MS Office
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skill
