Experience:
Monitor, analyze and control workers absenteeism and turnover/migration rates on a regular basis.
Organize and conduct orientation and induction programs for newly recruited workers, ensuring they understand factory rules, safety policies, and codes of conduct.
Receive, record, investigate, and resolve workers and staff grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Arrange and facilitate training programs on labor rights, health, safety, and compliance requirements as per labor law and buyer standards.
Provide counseling support to workers regarding personal, social, and workplace-related issues, and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
Prepare, maintain, update, and properly preserve all required documents, registers, and records for compliance, audits, and reporting purposes.
Ensure maternity leave and maternity benefits are provided in accordance with applicable labor laws, and maintain proper documentation and records.
Coordinate with management and relevant departments to implement labor laws, codes of conduct, and welfare-related policies within the factory.
Provide necessary support and information to internal and external auditors during compliance and buyer audits
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time in the interest of the organization.
