• Assign roles and responsibilities for fabrics warehouse officers and fabrics warehouse staffs.

• Planning and executing fabrics warehouse manner received and delivery assurance co-ordinate among store commercial, accounts, merchandising, production, audit and other related departments.

• Involve in setting up policy and procedures related issue of store section and maintain the re-order level and placed those order in procurement department.

• Processing fabrics warehouse relevant report (material requisition report, receiving record, material movement report, material stock report etc) and performing monthly physical inventory audit.

• Insure proper stocking and all moving items availability, make requisitions for all fewer stock items, inform higher authority for all slow moving and out of stock items follow up all short expire item list.

• Providing logistics support to warehouse department as and when require.

• Ensure all receiving and delivery record to reconcile inventory and device ways to optimize inventory control procedure.

• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristic of inventory, stock, production and delivery .

• Analyze data to anticipate future needs evaluate suppliers to achieve cost effective deals and maintain trust relationships

• Maintain the safety of the fabrics warehouse keep fabrics warehouse neat and clean responsible for safe custody and storage of inventory .
