Responsibilities & Context:
Implementing pertinent procedures and instruction of the Quality Management system (QMS) (ISO-9001) and Environmental Management System (EMS) (ISO-14001) to ensure compliance to quality policy of the Organization.
To entry of issue & return quantity of RM on software-based inventory management under assign of superior.
To communicate with customer on the basis of requirement.
To prepare and maintain all type of documents i.e. GRN, NCR, write off, issue & return and SOP for respective area.
Custodian of all stocks of RM of Pharma, Animal health, Servier and Consumer Brands Products.
Enforcement of cGMP & GWP compliance, safety and security regulations within the warehouse areas.
Preparation of SOPs (standard operating procedure) for ware house activities and equipment’s as per superior view.
To Co-ordinate with QAD, Production, Commercial, Finance & Marketing department with the ware house activities.
To keep positive liaison with Narcotics Authorities.
To ensure that all reports regarding the stock are sent regularly.
To ensure & compiled about requisition of RM from Production department, QAD, PD & Compliance.
To ensure stock reconciliation every quarter/half yearly at “o” level variation.
To report any abnormalities in RM receiving to supervisor without any delay.
Assuring that right qualities/quantities of materials.
Guide and train to junior colleagues towards excellent work performance.
Best possible utilization of personnel, Ware house equipment’s and tools.
To ensure security and keep good housekeeping in a systematic manner as per procedure and instructions of QMS & EMS.
To carry out any other assignment given by the supervisor.
