• Production Planning (PP): Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly production plans based on marketing and sales demand.

• Material requirement planning (MRP): Monitor & control inventory levels and ensures on-time availability of Raw and Packaging materials as per the production plan and safety stock.

• Capacity & Scheduling: Maintain production schedule to ensure maximum utilization of existing equipment and manpower in collaboration with production department.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work as a team with Production, QA, QC, PD, Marketing and Warehouse to meet the priorities and timelines.

• Handle any quality incident through proper CAPA Management and CCR.

• New Product Launch: Coordinate planning and materials for on-time new product launching & toll manufacturing.

• Supervise purchase requirement (PR), Purchase orders (PO) of Raw-Packaging, Promotional any other materials and overall SCM activities.

• Monitor export and Institution orders for on-time completion.

• Handle requirement of new equipment and facilities in collaboration with related departments for betterment of product supply with increasing sales demand.

• Prepare and routinely revise SOPs and provide training to all staff accordingly.

• Ensure maximum supply of fast-moving products collaboration with related departments providing necessary supports.

• Review employee performance.

• Collaborate with other departments and team members to set and achievement of company’s goals.

• Any other project as and when required by the top management.
