Experience:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 5+ years of experience in VAT & Tax Management.
• Knowledge of current tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bengali
• Should be good in Computer skills like, ERP Software, MS Office, Internet, etc.
• Dedicated and Hard Working Common Sense &Self-starter

Responsibilities & Context

• Ensure regular VAT compliance as per Government rules and law.
• Ensure timely Payment of VAT, VDS etc. as per Govt.
• Rules using appropriate form/ treasury challans.
• Manage relationship with VAT & Customs Circle/Division Office.
• Ensure timely Preparation and maintain of all Musak (example 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 6.6, 6.7,6.8, 4.3 etc), VAT register, & Other VAT papers.
• Ensure all VAT registers and records conforming to VAT laws are updated in a timely manner.
• Ensure preparation of timely VAT Return and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
• Weekly, Monthly & Yearly VAT Related documentary Report.
• Any other task as per management requirement.
• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the warehouse.
• Plan and coordinate the receiving, storing, and dispatching of products.
• Supervise warehouse staff, conduct training, and enforce safety policies.
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Production, etc.) to fulfill inventory needs.
• Develop and implement efficient inventory management practices.
