Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Management Information System of Tender business segment.
∎ In depth knowledge on e-GP Tender and OTM.
∎ To conduct pro-actively Site Survey of Tenders to gather sufficient information from clients.
∎ Justify Tender items.
∎ To communicate with Product Management Department (PMD) regarding the source of product and rate.
∎ To prepare and submit the Tender.
∎ To participate in all type of Tenders.
∎ Collect Tender documents from different institution/ Tender bazar network.
∎ To prepare Tender bill, challan and other official activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Hard Working
∎ Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar in MS-Office & E-Mail Management
