Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

• Diploma in Civil

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government. Polytechnic Institute.

• Having a Bachelor`s Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Applicants with a cement background will get preference.
• Should be proactive, innovative, and energetic.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Working under pressure.
• Should have the mentality to work beyond the time frame.

We are looking for an Executive / Sr. Executive (Technical Support Division) who is Dedicated and energetic.

• Identify the Target Market, Sales Channel, and case of Dispatch Orders.
• Regular Visits to End users, Mason, Site Engineers, Contractors of LGED, PWD, Roads and Highway Departments.
• Prepare Customer Data and Report to Supervisor.
• Maintain Good Relationships with end-users, Contractors, Engineers, and Masons to achieve Sales Targets.
• Handle Customer Complaints and Come Out with a Solution.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports.
• Arrange Technical Seminars/Workshops, Meets for Engineers, House owners, Retailers, and Masons regarding Technical Knowledge and Quality Assurance.
• Oversee Quality Control and Safety Matters at the Project Site.
• Assist the Sales Team Regarding Technical Aspects.
• Any Other Task Assigned by the Department Head and Management.
