Education:
- Diploma in Civil
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government. Polytechnic Institute.
Having a Bachelor`s Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Sales & Marketing,Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an Executive / Sr. Executive (Technical Support Division) who is Dedicated and energetic.
- Identify the Target Market, Sales Channel, and case of Dispatch Orders.
- Regular Visits to End users, Mason, Site Engineers, Contractors of LGED, PWD, Roads and Highway Departments.
- Prepare Customer Data and Report to Supervisor.
- Maintain Good Relationships with end-users, Contractors, Engineers, and Masons to achieve Sales Targets.
- Handle Customer Complaints and Come Out with a Solution.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports.
- Arrange Technical Seminars/Workshops, Meets for Engineers, House owners, Retailers, and Masons regarding Technical Knowledge and Quality Assurance.
- Oversee Quality Control and Safety Matters at the Project Site.
- Assist the Sales Team Regarding Technical Aspects.
- Any Other Task Assigned by the Department Head and Management.
