Responsibilities & Context:
Provide advertisement e.g: poster leaflet and banner for hiring potential employees.
Collect potential workers and staff from different factory for requirement as per requirement
Follow up & Keep close communications with bus driver/service provider for ensuring on time arrival of transport pool
Taking the injured/sick workers to hospital and ensure good treatment.
Collect and ensure all documents for personal file from new employees
Delivery worker ID card and solve worker administrative problem
Daily production floor monitoring ensure hygienic and safe working environment
Ensure presence of workers if they face any transport related problem
Factory visit for ensuring housekeeping health and safety
