∎ Skills Required: Interpersonal Skills, Managerial Skills, Proactive, Problem solving and decision making, Self motivated, team work

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): reservation support, software team
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Airline, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reservation & Departure control system support
∎ System User Management
∎ Provide software application support.
∎ Communication with end-users and customer vendors.
∎ System bug reporting and follow-up up to a solution
∎ Application improvement and monitoring performance.
∎ API support to B2B customers
∎ Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates
∎ Monitor and maintain computer hardware, networks, and software. Install and configure computer applications, DCS printers, BGR. Reader, etc.
∎ Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
∎ Must have experience with SQL Query.
∎ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
∎ Familiarity with software for remote control, desktop sharing, online meetings, web conferencing, and file transfer between computers.
∎ Energetic, Dedicated, well-organized, can work independently in team environment.

Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
