Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Aeronautics, Mechatronics,
∎ MSc is prefered
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Advance Excel, Excellent communication, Interpersonal Skills, Strong analytical ability, Troubleshooting problems
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strategic plan for the company, including long-term goals and short-term objectives that align with the company’s mission statement.
∎ Monitoring and measuring the company’s performance against set targets.
∎ Identifying areas where transformation is needed to sail in the competitive market.
∎ Preparing reports on strategy ideas for senior management.
∎ Measuring the success of ongoing endeavors of the company and new strategies.
∎ Coordinating with members of the executive team to ensure that all departments are working towards the same goals to achieve synergy.
∎ Conducting evaluations of new technologies to determine their viability within the company’s operations.
∎ Monitoring business climate, trends in technology and development, and government activity in areas of the company’s current and anticipated product lines.
∎ Leading trials concerning new business initiatives and pilot programs and making recommendations for any modification.
∎ Collaborating with business unit, administration and line managers to produce business and product plans that are profitable.
∎ Serving as negotiator with vendors for potential product acquisitions.
∎ Performing any other duties as assigned by the management.
