Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration or related field).
1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management (hospital or healthcare sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & inventory software.
Good communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure with honesty and integrity.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
Ensure timely receiving, storing, and issuing of goods.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments for smooth supply operations.
Ensure proper documentation, safety, and cleanliness in the store.
Identify shortages, damages, and report discrepancies.
