Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 26 years
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in store management.
Experience in Hospital/Diagnostic center will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Raise requisition of raw materials as per requirement.
Receive, and store medical and non-medical items properly.
Issue materials to departments based on approved requisition requests and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure the application of (FIFO) and (FEFO) systems to minimize wastage of time-sensitive materials.
Monitor stock levels of essential medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory reagents.
Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.
Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and administration departments for smooth operational support.
Prepare report on overstocking and understocking of material
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports for management review.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage conditions.
