Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement VAT strategies that align with the company's financial goals and comply with local VAT regulations.
∎ Prepared Mushak Challan 6.3 align with Yarn Delivery Challan Day to Day.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely filing record Mushak 6.3 according to LC wise Yarn delivery for submitting LC Document as per management requirement.
∎ Maintain properly purchase register 6.1, Sales register 6.2, and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 2012 & Rules 2016.Prepared Mushak 4.6 for wastage Sales permission and submit to VAT office as per VAT and SD Act, 2012 & Rules 2016.
∎ Maintain wastage Sales Register 6.2 as per VAT and SD Act, 2012. & Rules 2016.Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and rules, including registration, reporting, and payment requirements.
∎ Maintain VAT software as per Govt. Rules.
∎ Handling VAT Audit conducted by VAT Authorities and other Govt. Auditors.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned VAT, Customs and Govt. Offices.
∎ Maintain Bank related works applicable for VAT purposes.
∎ Maintaining file and documents related VAT in accounts department.
∎ Stay up-to-date with changes in VAT legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
