∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing & motivating the sales team.
∎ Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
∎ Reporting to the management.
∎ Communicate and relationship building with potential customers.
∎ Tender documentation.
∎ Branding & maintaining public image of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project/Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Any Fire/Electrical Related Company
∎ Strong written communication & report writing skill;
∎ Able to work under pressure and control large number of sales force;
∎ Willing to travel extensively, Should have good communication & negotiating skill.
